Frequently Asked Questions About Our Staff and Services

Does the ICF accept insurance?
ICF is a private pay mental health facility. We are an "out-of-network" provider. The full fee is due at time of service. ICF will supply you with a copy of your payment receipt - called an "encounter form" by most insurance companies - for each office visit. You may submit the encounter form to your insurance company to obtain any reimbursement for which you may be eligible. ICF will supply you with an invoice upon request at any time. ICF cannot participate in collecting payments or reimbursements from your insurance companies. This is solely the responsibility of the client.

How long can we expect our child's treatment to last?
It is very important that ICF assess each child and family on an individual basis. Therefore, treatment will vary according to the frequency of therapy, age of the child and information gathered throughout the Evaluation Process.

How much do your services cost?
Our services are priced on a sliding fee scale up to $125 per hour, depending on the therapist. Our evaluation process costs $620. Look at the Psychological Evaluation and Diagnosing in the "Services" Section of the web site for a complete description of the Evaluation Process.

Does the ICF provide a parent referral if we want to speak to someone who has already been through the Evaluation and Treatment Process?
YES, absolutely! After the Evaluation Process has been completed, the therapist carefully evaluates the needs in the current family and matches them with a family who experienced similar needs. The therapist will initiate this communication.
